About the Role
In this role you will be working as part of our small and friendly estates team based at our Ullenwood site and other buildings in Cheltenham and Gloucester.
This role will undertake the organisation's Electrical and Mechanical services - carrying out planned, preventative and reactive electrical projects, servicing and maintenance works; updating service records and schedules as required.
About the Candidate
You will be a qualified Electrician with experience of building services and/or facilities maintenance. You will be customer focussed and flexible in your approach, with the ability to problem solve.
Additional maintenance skills are desirable.
This role will cover National Star sites in the Gloucestershire area, but will be mainly based at Ullenwood. This is located near the Air Balloon Roundabout and has on-site parking.
We are recruiting this role on a Full Time (37 hours per week) and Permanent basis.
