The Speech and Language Therapy department at this ‘Outstanding' specialist college are looking to recruit a Specialist Speech and Language therapist to join our experienced team. As part of this diverse and interesting role you will work in our fantastic environment that is very well resourced to support the delivery of high quality therapy.

This role will include MDT work with our OT, Physiotherapy, Education, Nursing and Residential teams. You will have an interest in working with people with learning difficulties; PMLD; ASD; or Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and experience of providing direct and indirect therapeutic support in a range of settings.

A knowledge of AAC, Makaton and/or Intensive Interaction is highly desirable, as is a dysphagia qualification/experience. This role will have a focus in one or more of our key areas of AAC, PMLD; ABI or ASD
