We are looking to recruit a Residential Manager into our team.  Managing accommodation on the College’s main Campus at Ullenwood, you will be able to implement the highest standard of care delivery for students with a range of complex physical and learning disabilities. Graded Outstanding by CQC, you will require the attributes to maintain and build on these exemplary standards.

You will be a self-motivated person with exceptional leadership skills.  During term time you will lead two staff teams to support approximately 15 students in your care. 

You will be experienced in the Health or Social Care sector with a relevant qualification at Level 4 or above, with proven management experience and ideally experience of working with people with complex disabilities.
