We require an experienced Office Manager to join our Customer Services team. Customer Services includes our student training office, busy reception area and the shop.
Due to the diverse range of services we offer at National Star, the reception area is open during evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will manage and work on a rota basis to ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided across the week.
You will liaise and work with learning programmes staff to ensure the Customer Services team provides outstanding mentoring and real life work experience opportunities to students.
