We are excited to offer a permanent Senior PLCT position for an innovative practitioner within National Star. You will have a breadth of experience of working with young people with complex and profound and multiple learning disabilities and have a proven track record of effective teaching and pastoral responsibilities. You will report into the programme Manager for Engaging with the World student outcomes and develop, support and line manage PLCTs.

Your innovative practice develops student’s curriculum and you will also collaborate and work effectively with the Head of Learning and Support and other Senior Tutors and Senior PLCs. You will be a dynamic and first-rate team member, able to model excellent practice and develop colleagues to do the same, as well as being a flexible problem solver in a busy and demanding context. You will be an effective communicator who can build positive relationships with both colleagues and external stakeholders.
