We have an exciting opportunity to join our IT Services Team and play a key role contributing towards the on-going support, maintenance, design, development and management of our IT Services. At National Star we are continuing to expand our existing IT services and implement new innovations. If you are keen to develop new skills and get your hands on the latest technology, this could be the role for you!

We require an enthusiastic 1st line IT Services Engineer to join our team, to provide an excellent, customer-focused service desk. You will be providing up to and including second line support across a wide breadth of services and devices including network infrastructure, AV equipment, various BYODs, client software, CCTV, door access and client hardware.

A first class training package is also on offer for the right candidate with progression to 2nd and 3rd line roles possible.
