Job Details:

We are looking to recruit a Residential Manager into our team. Managing a 13 bedded student residential accommodation at Ullenwood. You will be able to implement the highest standard of care delivery for students with a range of complex physical and learning disabilities. Graded Outstanding by CQC, you will require the attributes to maintain and build on these exemplary standards. You will be a self-motivated person with exceptional leadership skills and experienced in the Health or Social Care sector willing to work towards or have achieved a minimum relevant qualification at Level 4 or above, with proven management experience and ideally experience of working with people with complex disabilities.

Interviews will be held on 25th September 2019 with the intended start date to be 4th November 2019.
