National Star is looking for 3 Senior Facilitators. Working as part of the management team you will support the effective running of a residential area. This will include leading a team of facilitators to provide a high standard of individualised care and promoting and encouraging learners’ personal development. You will be able to work on your own initiative and have good people skills, and be able to plan and organise effectively. You will have at least 2 years care experience, ideally with people with a learning and/or physical disability. You will also have a Level 3 in health or social care, or a Level 2 and are willing to obtain a level 3 qualification on appointment. The posts requires shift work, with early shifts starting at 7am and late shifts ending at 10 and 11pm. All staff work a minimum of every other weekend. Excellent training is provided.
Post 1 – 37 hours per week, all year round at Ullenwood
Post 2 – 37 hours per week, all year round in Cheltenham until June 2020
Post 3- 37 hours per week, all year round in Gloucester
