This is an exciting time to join the National Star work programmes team. Based in East London, you will work alongside host employers providing learners with job coaching to develop skills and experiences at work enabling them to have greater independence and work effectively with colleagues. You will also provide transitional support to broker and secure employment outcomes for learners who have learning difficulties and/or physical difficulties. You will deliver structured one-to-one support, have a good organisational skills and enjoy working in various work place settings in East London and the surrounding area. You will be confident working independently in the local area, be an excellent communicator with a dynamic and innovative approach. This role will require travel and flexible start and finish times, a full UK driving licence is desirable.
