Do you want to change lives?  National Star is a national charity & leading specialist education provider working with young people with a wide range of complex disabilities. 

We are looking for a Charity Retail Operations Manager / Head of Charity Retail to help us deliver our charity retail ambitions. Please note that Charity Retail experience is essential for this role. 

We have opened our 1st shop in Gloucester & are opening our 2nd in Cheltenham.  We are looking to expand across; Gloucestershire initially, then widening around Hereford & South Wales.  This is a practical “hands on” role, hence the initial emphasis on Retail Operations Management with a view that the role develops into our Head of Retail but the first year or two will be likely to be very shop rather than office based.   It is a challenging role to help us build our successful newly established charity retail operations but with the potential to make a very big impact for our charity.
