The National Star staff team is a community of people dedicated to supporting people with complex disabilities to achieve their aspirations. We have just agreed a salary increase of 5% across all our jobs from January 2022 to recognise the commitment and dedication of our staff. 

All new staff joining National Star will also be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to £250 (pro-rata) upon successful completion of their probation.

National Star are recruiting inspirational people for our long term residential home at our MatrixCare provision in Malvern.

We are looking for full and part time day and night staff. You will be person centred, dynamic and proactive to support residents with physical and learning disabilities to live in their long term home. Taking a holistic approach you will support with their social and leisure activities, and personal care & support needs.

You will be self-motivated and able to use your initiative and demonstrate a positive attitude towards the aspirations of adults with disabilities.

You will be required to work shifts that include mornings, evenings and alternate weekends and throughout the night should you be applying for a night position. We will consider those with or without previous care experience as we offer a comprehensive induction and training programme. What matters most is that you support our values and can demonstrate the potential to develop in this role and have a positive attitude toward to aspirations of people with disabilities.
