Job Details:

National Star are looking for person centred, dynamic and proactive Care and Support Workers (Facilitators) to support residents with physical and learning disabilities at our residential home, Foundation House, in Gloucester.

As a Facilitator you will provide high standards of support for our residents with their personal care, therapy, social and work activities. You will be self-motivated and able to use your initiative and demonstrate a positive attitude towards the aspirations of adults with disabilities.

We currently have full and part time roles available as well as bank roles. Based at our long term living facility you will be required to work early morning, day and evening shifts as well as some weekends.

Please note that for the bank positions you will be required to be flexible to cover a variety of hours and shifts and may need to travel to our other sites. For the bank role previous experience and qualifications in Health and Social Care will be required.

Excellent induction and ongoing training will be provided and you will have the chance to shape the progression and care of our residents at our high quality provision.
