This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Cleaning and Housekeeping Coordinator within the Site Services Team providing a reliable responsive and effective service to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our learners, residents, staff and visitors.

You will be responsible for the daily management of the cleaning services and cleaning teams ensuring that an effective and efficient in-house cleaning and housekeeping service is in operation, achieving high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across National Star’s accommodation and facilities. This includes our satellite sites in Gloucester, Cheltenham and Hereford.

You will have previous experience of managing cleaning services, ideally with NVQ3 qualifications. With a pro-active and forward-thinking nature and the ability to use your own initiative you will be competent in strategic planning whilst demonstrating the ability to manage change. The role will involve working to strict deadlines and sometimes under pressure requiring strong organisational and time management skills.You will be enthusiastic, energetic and willing to work within a team.
