The role:

Working as an administration assistant at our main site in Ullenwood, you will be required to provide a professional and confidential administration service to the residential management team to enable them to maximise their effectiveness and efficiency.

You will be supporting a large team to ensure the office runs as efficiently as possible. A key part of the role will be answering the phones, taking messages and problem solving from calls that arise during the day.  You will be asked to carry out administration duties such as typing, copying and any other day to day office tasks. 

With previous experience as an administrative role in a busy environment you will demonstrate highly developed organisation, planning and administration skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will need excellent communication skills, IT skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. 

We have both a full time (37 hrs) and part time role available (20hrs), please state your preference when making your application. 

Who are we?

Our charity runs a specialist independent college for residential and day learners with complex disabilities in Gloucestershire (near Cheltenham) and two further day colleges in Hereford and Wales. We also run supported internships and traineeships, travel training and work in partnership with charities and other organisations across the UK.

We also provide high quality residential long-term living accommodation for young people with disabilities in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Hereford and Malvern.
