Site Maintenance Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Site Services - Maintenance Assistant within the Site Services Team based at our Matrixcare residence in Malvern.
You will provide a reliable responsive and effective service to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our learners, residents, staff and visitors, being instrumental in providing support with on-going maintenance and small projects of works. You will carry out maintenance requests ensuring the upkeep of the fabric of the buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard.
Ideally with a background in a customer focussed role you will have a good general standard of education with a Craft / Technical / Professional qualification Skill or Trade in the building Industry and current knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation. We are looking for someone who is able to solve problems and is hands on and flexible in their role.

Working hours – 10 hrs per week worked across a minimum of 3 days

We’re a growing charity with more than 1,100 staff based in England and Wales. Established more than 50 years ago, we’ve supported hundreds of young people with disabilities to achieve their potential.
Our charity runs a specialist independent college for residential and day learners with complex disabilities in Gloucestershire (near Cheltenham) and two further day colleges in Hereford and Wales. We also run supported internships and traineeships, travel training and work in partnership with charities and other organisations across the UK. We also provide high quality residential long-term living accommodation for young people with disabilities in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Hereford and Malvern.
