We are looking for a Training and Apprenticeship Co-ordinator to help our busy CPD team to co-ordinate the wide range of staff training and lead in recording and collating our apprenticeship data.

This role is perfect for someone who loves a spreadsheet as you’ll need to have previous administration experience and be able to data analysis. As you will be inputting data you will need to have genuine attention to detail and be able to present your findings in a clear and understandable way.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are required for this role as you’ll often be the first person staff will contact with their training enquiries. You will be confident working on your own initiative but equally able to work as part of a team.

Excellent IT skills are a must for this role as are your problem-solving skills. With plans to expand our staff training provision in the coming months now is an exciting time to join the team. This hybrid role is able to be undertaken partly from home as well as in the office.
