National Star are looking for person centred, dynamic and proactive Care and Support Workers (Facilitators) to support residents with physical and learning disabilities at our residential home, Foundation House, in Gloucester.
As a Facilitator you will provide high standards of support for our residents with their personal care, therapy, social and work activities. You will be self-motivated and able to use your initiative and demonstrate a positive attitude towards the aspirations of adults with disabilities.
The role is based at our long term living facility in Gloucester. You will be required to work early morning, day and evening shifts as well as alternate weekends.
We have an excellent induction programme and ongoing training will be provided and you will have the chance to shape the progression and care of our residents at our high quality provision.
