With a minimum of 2 years’ experience ideally working with students with disabilities, you will already be taking a leading role in the review of EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans). You will also hold a teaching qualification (Level Five Diploma in Teacher Education or PGCE) or be willing to work towards one.
