SITE SERVICES - MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT - SHIFT
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Site Services team you will be instrumental in providing support with on-going maintenance and small projects of works. You will carry out maintenance requests ensuring the upkeep of the fabric of the buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard.
If successful, you will work independently and as part of a team. You will have experience in the building / maintenance industry, ideally with a craft /technical qualification. This role would suit someone who may have worked in a facilities team within an education setting, such as a school or college but other backgrounds will be considered. We also need you to have a full driving licence as you may be required to drive our college vehicles.
You will have a range of maintenance experience, be customer-focused and be confident working both as part of a team and independently.
The hours of work will be 6 am - 2.30 pm on rotating shifts with an average of 30 hours a week including alternate weekends for which you will be paid a shift enhancement.
