An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our brilliant cleaning team as they provide a reliable, responsive and effective service to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for students, residents, staff and visitors.
We’re looking for a people person who has pride in their job and can motivate our committed cleaning team to ensure their allocated areas are clean and presentable, whilst following health and safety and infection control procedures.
A genuine team player, you’ll understand the importance of cleaning and housekeeping to our charity and use your management and organisational skills to lead your team. We’d expect you to have experience of housekeeping/cleaning and leading a team and excellent knowledge of health and safety and COSH regulations. You will care what your internal customers think of your team’s work and will strive to deliver a first-class service.
This is a flexible, Monday to Friday role, to cover 37 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 10pm. Shifts can vary week to week, depending upon demand.
