National Star at Bradbury Gardens in Cheltenham is a residential facility for individuals with various care needs and requirements. We are looking for an Night Facilitator who is committed to helping individuals with their personal wishes and needs, as well as dedicated to fulfilling a personal centred approach and promoting independence.
Working as part of a team you will provide the highest standards of care for individuals and groups of learners with a range of disabilities. You will support learners to develop their level of independence and make best use of the opportunities available to them and ensure their wellbeing throughout the night.
Being enthusiastic, professional and hardworking are essential as well as being able to demonstrate a positive attitude towards the aspirations of young people with disabilities.
Experience of working with people with learning and/or physical disabilities and a level 2 qualification in health and social care are desirable, however applications will be considered from applicants with no previous experience but who can demonstrate the potential to develop in the role.
This post includes weekends and is a unique and rewarding opportunity, with excellent training.
