Job Details:

We have a fantastic new opportunity to join our team as a Manager within our Assessment team.

Working as part of National Star’s management team you will support effective learner recruitment for all services and programmes offered, ensuring service users receive excellent, person centred assessment, transition and admission programmes to meet their individual needs, ensuring that these are coordinated across all National Star locations. 

You will manage a small team within the assessment department whilst also building and maintaining positive relationships with Therapists, Tutors, Residential Managers and Nurses to enable creativity and flexibility within the assessment process to meet the needs of individuals with complex needs.

You will have experience of working with/for people with disabilities, have management experience and the minimum of a level 4 qualification. The ability to initiate and develop partnership working, a high level of communication skills and excellent networking skills are essential.

The post may require some travel. Excellent training is provided.
