National Star are recruiting for an Education Programme Manager at our Specialist Further Education College in Mamhilad, Pontypool. The successful candidate will have proven experience and skills working with young adults with moderate learning difficulties, severe and multiple learning difficulties and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder, studying at E1, E2 & E3 levels. You will be responsible for curriculum planning, timetabling and management of tutors, as well as delivering some learning programmes.

We are seeking a qualified teaching professional with at least 3-4 years’ experience in this educational sector, preferably with an element of managerial experience. You need to have excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive, creative and forward thinking; enjoy networking, planning, setting targets and delivering learning. 

Excellent induction and ongoing training will be provided and you will have the chance to shape the development of this expanding and exciting National Star college.
