National Star are looking for person centred, dynamic and proactive support workers to assist residents with physical and learning disabilities at our residential home in Malvern.
As a support worker you will provide high standards of support for our residents with their personal care, therapy, social and work activities. You will be self-motivated and able to use your own initiative and demonstrate a positive attitude towards the aspirations of adults with disabilities.
Experience of working with people with disabilities or learning difficulties and a relevant qualification is desirable, however applications will be considered from applicants with no previous experience but who can demonstrate the potential to develop in the role.
Excellent induction and ongoing training will be provided and you will have the chance to shape the progression and care of our residents at our high quality provision.
