National Star enables people with disabilities to realise their potential through personalised learning, transition & residential services. National Star has grown and diversified from its college campus in Cheltenham, now delivering a wider range of services, programmes and activities for people with disabilities within the Wales & West Region, including services such as Day Education, Therapy Services, and Long Term Residential Living in Hereford, Pontypool, Gloucester & Malvern.
Due to continued expansion within the Wales & West region National Star require an Administration Assistant to support the Head of Services (Wales &West) to maintain an outstanding provision to learners, residents and stakeholders. The role is based at our office in Hereford, however there will be a periodic requirement to travel to and work within the other services in the Wales & West region and at the main campus in Cheltenham.
The successful candidate will provide a professional and confidential administration service and support to the Head of Services, maximising effectiveness and efficiency, and providing high level administrative support and co-ordination. Candidates need to have excellent interpersonal skills; be proactive, creative and forward thinking; enjoy networking and planning, as well as having experience in a similar administration role.
The role is 30-37 hours per week (Negotiable)
