Recruiting for a Director of Services for the south region, you will work closely with the Director of Learning and Support / Principal, overseeing, maintaining and developing all college accommodation services to include long term living, respite, activity breaks and private therapies. Ensuring you meet and maintain the highest possible standards in line with regulatory bodies to include CQC and Ofsted. You will play an integral part of the application and development of the college services strategy and will have previous experience of building new business. You will be responsible for performance management across all college accommodation services and contribute to budget and risk management. It is imperative that all service users receive the best quality residential experience and that service user learning has seamless and ongoing integration into college.
