National Star is recruiting for a Head of Learning and Support (work).

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at National Star, working with well-established specialist staff, including tutors, therapists and residential support teams, all with excellent resources and an outstanding learning environment.

You will ensure the highest quality of Learning Programmes, enabling young people with SEND to realise their aspirations, with a particular focus on learners achieving a work outcome.  You will support the Director of Learning and Support - Principal to develop existing and new provision and enhance the curriculum offer in its widest sense..  You will ensure provision meets all regulatory requirements, aiming for those rated to be Outstanding.
