As a Lead Facilitator / Senior Care and Support Worker / Team Leader - you will be working as part of the management team you will support the effective running of a residential area. We are seeking a Lead Facilitator to join one of our residences at Ullenwood. The role will include leading a team of Facilitators to provide a high standard of individualised care and promoting and encouraging students’ personal development. You will be able to work on your own initiative and have good people skills, and be able to plan and organise effectively. You will have at least 2 years care experience, ideally with people with a learning and/or physical disability. You will also have a Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
The post requires shift work, with early shifts starting at 7am and late shifts ending at 10 and 11pm with alternate weekend working. The role is full time term time which is 40hrs per week, 42 weeks per year allowing you the key holidays off work! However, if you would rather work 37hrs weekly over a full year please do still apply.
This role would suit but not limited to Senior Care Worker, Care Team Leader, Support Worker, Care and Support Worker
Ullenwood is based at the top of Lekhampton hill in Cheltenham and easily commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester, Forest of Dean and Tewkesbury
