The Therapy Coordinator role is designed to enhance collaboration between National Star provisions by providing support to therapy staff, championing efforts to address potential/existing disparities in therapy services and ensuring consistency in therapy delivery across all sites. The Therapy Coordinator will work across and support the development and coordination of therapy services at the Hereford, Mamhilad and Heart of Worcester provisions, working closely with deputy therapy managers and site Provision Managers to align objectives. This role will serve as a link between all site therapy teams, fostering effective communication, and developing unified approaches to therapy provision.

This role is permanent and to be worked across our Heart of Worcester, Hereford and Mamhilad sites.
